- Printed results may vary depending on printer quality and settings.

3. Purchases and Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment must be received in full before:
- Digital products are made available for download; or
- Physical products are dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:
- Payment cannot be verified.
- Fraudulent activity is suspected.
- A product has been incorrectly priced or described.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
4. Digital Products
Digital products are supplied electronically and may be downloaded immediately following purchase.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing a valid email address where required.
- Maintaining access to downloaded files.
- Ensuring they have the software required to access PDF files and other formats.
Due to the nature of digital products, downloaded files generally cannot be returned.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Return Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

All resources sold or provided by Cate's Learning Corner remain the intellectual property of Cate's Learning Corner unless otherwise specified.
Purchase of a product grants a limited licence to use the product in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Customers may:
- Print resources for their own permitted use

Customers may not:

- Upload resources to websites or file-sharing platforms
- Modify and resell resources
- Claim ownership of any resource created by Cate's Learning Corner
A separate licence may be required for multiple educators, centres, schools, organisations, or commercial purposes.
7. Copyright
All content is protected under Australian copyright laws.
This includes:
- PDFs
- Worksheets
- Workbooks
- Busy books
- Graphics
- Activity sheets
- Logos
- Branding
- Website content
- Product descriptions
Unauthorised reproduction or distribution may result in legal action.
8. Physical Products
Where physical products are supplied:
- Processing and dispatch times are estimates only.
- Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
- Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Customers should inspect orders upon arrival and notify us as soon as possible if issues are identified.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to create accurate, engaging, and educational resources, Cate's Learning Corner does not guarantee any specific educational outcomes, results, or achievements from the use of our products.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for:
- Indirect loss
- Consequential loss
- Lost income
- Lost opportunity
